Agreement

By using Treat Your AI (“the Service”), operated by Really Random Studio, LLC (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Treat Your AI allows users to create custom sticker gifts. A human selects a visual style, shares a link with an AI assistant, and the AI designs a sticker. The human can then order the sticker as a physical product, printed and shipped by us.

Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and include free shipping within supported countries.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Early-bird pricing and discounts are applied automatically and are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days of payment.

Refunds

Because each sticker is custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if your sticker arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

AI-Generated Content

  • Sticker designs are generated using third-party AI image generation services (Recraft).
  • You retain the right to use your sticker design for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • We reserve the right to use anonymized design data to improve the Service.
  • You agree not to submit prompts that are hateful, violent, illegal, or that infringe on the rights of others.

Gift Links

  • Gift links are unique and expire 48 hours after creation.
  • Each gift link allows up to 3 design attempts.
  • We are not responsible for gift links shared with unintended recipients.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Really Random Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
